We’re looking for a strategic yet hands-on Head of People to lead Libernetix through its next stage of growth. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader with a proven record of building scalable people systems, performance frameworks, and strong company culture in high-growth technology, fintech, or SaaS environments.

They combine strategic vision with operational excellence - translating company goals into actionable HR priorities, coaching leaders for performance and alignment, and driving data-informed decisions across all people functions. This person believes deeply in culture as a growth driver, balancing empathy with accountability, and fostering an environment where people and performance thrive together.

Responsibilities

1. People & Performance Leadership

  • Coach department heads on role clarity, goal setting, and feedback practices
  • Review progress on team KPIs, development plans, and performance cycles
  • Conduct regular 1:1s with HR team members to ensure accountability and support

2. HR Strategy Execution

  • Translate the HR roadmap into clear weekly priorities for recruitment, onboarding, development, and engagement
  • Align HR activities and initiatives with company OKRs and leadership expectations
  • Continuously evaluate gaps and propose system or process improvements

3. Culture & Communication

  • Actively observe, promote, and reinforce Libernetix values across the company
  • Partner with CEO and founders to ensure culture is lived, measured, and communicated consistently
  • Address people issues promptly and constructively, ensuring trust and transparency

4. HR Operations Oversight

  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and off-boarding processes to ensure smooth, high-quality execution
  • Maintain compliance and documentation across contracts, payroll inputs, and employee records
  • Ensure HR systems (ATS, HRIS, dashboards) are accurate and updated

5. Data & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key people metrics - headcount, hiring progress, performance, engagement, turnover
  • Deliver concise monthly HR updates and insights to the CEO and leadership team
  • Use analytics to identify trends and recommend actions

6. Leadership Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and department heads on organization design, hiring priorities, and team performance
  • Participate in management meetings, representing the people perspective
  • Ensure consistent leadership messaging, fairness, and alignment across departments

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2+ years in executive roles (CHRO or Head of People) or 3+ years as a Senior HR Leader in a high-growth technology, fintech, or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build HR systems and structures from early stage to scale-up
  • Deep understanding of the full HR lifecycle, including talent acquisition (hiring, onboarding, and retention), performance management, employee engagement, and compensation & benefits.
  • Track record in implementing scalable HR tech systems, performance management, and OKR frameworks
  • Strong communication and influence skills; able to coach and align leaders across departments
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset - capable of balancing immediate operational needs with long-term people strategy (at the start 50/50, 70/30 further)
  • Deep belief in culture, values, and leadership development as growth drivers
