We are looking for COO / Head of Operations / Delivery Lead with a proven ability to translate strategy into execution, ensuring the company runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with its goals. This person thrives in fast-scaling, high-growth environments (B2B, SaaS, or FinTech) and knows how to bring structure, accountability, and rhythm to dynamic teams.

• Oversee daily execution and ensure all departments deliver against company priorities.
• Align teams, resolve cross-department blockers, and maintain operational rhythm.
• Monitor key KPIs and SLAs, ensuring issues are identified and addressed fast.
• Lead and support department heads, driving clarity, accountability and collaboration.
• Report progress, risks, and key updates to the CEO with actionable insights.

• Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or Delivery Lead in a fast-scaling B2B, SaaS, or FinTech company.
• Demonstrated ability to build operational structure, clarity, and rhythm from the ground up
• Skilled in cross-departmental leadership, process optimisation, and systemisation
• High attention to detail, strong organizational discipline, and outcome orientation.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments, turning ambiguity into clear systems
• Excellent people leadership skills - capable of coaching, aligning, and holding leaders accountable
