We are looking for an Account Manager to oversee and nurture key client relationships within our card processing business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and expanding our market presence. As a Key Account Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your industry expertise to meet and exceed client expectations.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Merchants and Channels
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business goals and align our solutions with their objectives

Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize business opportunities
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and secure new business opportunities

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the fintech/banking, majoring in payments
• Comprehensive knowledge of current payment technologies and trends
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
