Senior Acquirer & Bank Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onboarding & Compliance Specialist to manage KYB/KYC documentation and ensure smooth onboarding processes with banks and acquirers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in fintech or financial services, a strong understanding of compliance standards, and excellent communication skills in English.

• Prepare and update document packages for company onboarding with banks and acquirers.
• Verify the relevance of KYC/KYB data, collect missing documents, and coordinate their receipt with internal departments.
• Maintain active communication with banks, acquirers, and intermediaries (via email).
• Analyze bank requests, prepare well-reasoned responses, and propose solutions to remove blockers.
• Collaborate with teams from the commercial department, IT, legal, and finance to review and finalize documents.
• Monitor SLA compliance and ensure timely submission of document packages.

Required:

• 2–5 years of experience in fintech, EMI, PSP, or banking.
• Excellent knowledge of KYC/KYB/AML procedures and compliance standards.
• Experience preparing document packages for banks and acquirers.
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken).

Preferred:

• Experience working with high-risk clients and VASP companies.
• Ability to analyze bank requirements and adapt documentation to specific cases.
• Proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong results orientation.
