Senior Devops Engineer

As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own the reliability, scalability and security of our cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP, from infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines to observability and incident response. You will work closely with multiple development and data teams to streamline deployments, enable developer self-service and keep our platform compliant with fintech security standards, building infrastructure that scales with our global payments ecosystem.

• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) for multiple development teams
• Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP using Terraform
• Support data platform infrastructure (Airflow, Superset, BigQuery)
• Set up monitoring and alerting in Datadog; investigate and resolve incidents
• Maintain the service catalog in Port and enable developer self-service
• Apply security, access-control, and compliance best practices in a fintech environment
• Support developers with deployments, environments, and troubleshooting

• 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS and/or GCP
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or equivalent), Docker, Bash/Python scripting
• Experience with DevSecOps practices (secret/dependency scanning, IAM/access control, secrets management)
• Experience in setting up observability
• Experience in using AI tools
• Experience with real production support in product companies

• Experience with Kubernetes
  
  Nice to have:

  • Datadog experience
  • Experience with Airflow, BigQuery, or data platform infrastructure
  • Experience in fintech or another regulated environment (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, DORA)
  • Developer platform/service catalog experience (Port, Backstage)
