Senior Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced onboarding professional who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment and enjoys coordinating complex onboarding processes from start to finish. You are organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring cases are completed accurately and on time.

• Managing onboarding processes with banks, acquirers and payment providers,
• Preparing and reviewing documentation
• Handling requests and follow-ups
• Tracking deadlines and resolving blockers.
• Supporting the team on complex cases and ensuring onboarding processes reach a final result.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in onboarding, KYB/KYC, banking, acquiring or fintech.
• Strong English and professional written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Nice to have: experience with complex or high-risk businesses and previous mentoring or team support experience.
