
Senior Payment Account Manager

Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients
- Regular communication with clients
- Understanding the client's business model and offering tailored solutions (IBAN, cards, OTC, etc.)
- Participating in negotiations and service presentations
Product Sales and Support:
- Promoting Libernetix products: accounts, cards, exchange services, crypto payments, premium services
- Setting up and supporting transactions
- Advising on payment structuring options
Onboarding and Client Support:
- Supporting clients during account opening/service connection phases
- Monitoring internal process timelines (KYC, payments, limits, etc.)
- Providing feedback to clients on the status of operations
- Resolving complex cases in collaboration with support teams
Revenue Growth from Existing Clients:
- Cross-selling additional services
- Proposing commission and structure optimization
- Regular analytics on active clients: turnover, fees, needs
Requirements
Hard Skills
Knowledge of Payment Products:
- IBAN accounts, virtual and physical cards, OTC (over-the-counter) transactions, crypto payments, SEPA/SWIFT transfers
- CRM and Spreadsheet Management:
- Maintaining client databases, tracking requests, managing sales funnels
Financial Literacy:
- Ability to calculate margin, fees, and volumes
- Basic understanding of currency operations and related risks
Client Onboarding:
- Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) / KYB (Know Your Business) processes
- Coordination with compliance and support departments
Sales and Upselling:
- Skills in negotiation, presentation, and deal closing
Strategic account growth and development
